Grain futures firm into Fourth, but new crop overall remains weak

Independence Day is famous for producing big moves in prices when traders return from the break, but this year hopes for rallies are more of a flop than a pop. USDA updates its production, supply and demand forecasts July 11, and the latest batch of data isn't likely to provide much inspiration for bulls. Weather forecasts also remain benign, though delayed crop development is pushing back normal rally windows. Senior Editor Bryce Knorr and Market Analyst Paul Burgener talk over the outlook before firing up the grill.
