The National Guard is helping to fly hay to cattle stranded by recent severe storms on the High Plains, but thousands of cows have already died, and with many roads, power, and other utilities not functioning because of snow and ice, ranchers are facing a difficult situation.

Every dollar contributed to the National Cattlemen's Foundation will directly assist farming families, as NCBA is covering all administrative costs and state cattlemen's associations are managing fund distribution.
Credit card contributions can be made by calling 1-866-BEEF-USA (1-866-233-3872), and online contributions can also be made by going to the NCF Web site at http://www.nationalcattlemensfoundation.org/, then selecting "Make a Contribution" on the left-hand side of the screen. Donations are tax deductible.
