China Buys U.S. Soybeans, Philippines Buys U.S. Soymeal

Both purchases from 2014-2015 crop year, USDA says

Private exporters reported export sales of 110,000 metric tons of 2014/2015 soybeans to China and 172,000 metric tons of 2014/2015 soybean cake and meal to the Philippines, USDA said on Wednesday.

The marketing year for soybeans begins Sept. 1 and soybean cake and meal begin Oct. 1.

USDA issues both daily and weekly export sales reports to the public.  Exporters are required to report to USDA any export sales activity of 100,000 tons or more of one commodity, made in one day or quantities totaling 200,000 tons or more in any reporting period.
