USDA reports sale of 210,000 metric tons of 2014/2015 corn

Exporters reported 210,000 metric tons of corn were sold to unknown destinations, USDA said on Monday.

The marketing year for corn began Sept. 1.

USDA's latest weekly export report showed outstanding sales of nearly 3.25 million tons of 2014/2015 corn to unknown destinations as of Sept. 25. That is largest segment of sales with Mexico next at 2.97 million

USDA issues both daily and weekly export sales reports to the public.  Exporters are required to report to USDA any export sales activity of 100,000 tons or more of one commodity, made in one day or quantities totaling 200,000 tons or more in any reporting period.
