Traders expect this afternoon's crop ratings to show more deterioration in the hard red winter wheat crop, helping boost Kansas City wheat futures despite more news about sluggish wheat exports. Corn and beans are also posting gains, but are off highs, with soybean export inspections below trade hopes.
