Can-Am's new Commander gets Mossy Oak Hunting Edition

When you think of a side-by-side utility vehicle the first thoughts are often horsepower, performance and comfort; another consideration is the look. Can-Am is rolling out the Mossy Oak Hunting Edition of its Commander side-by-side and they've added a few more features just to beef up the machine for the hunter in you.

The machine has a range of features:

27-inch Maxxis Tires on 14-inch black wheels - the Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires offer traction and sidewall stability. The wheels are cast aluminum to complete what the company calls the "stealth" look.

Can-Am is rolling out the Mossy Oak Hunting Edition of its Commander side-by-side and they've added a few more features just to beef up the machine for the hunter in you.

4,500-pound WARN winch - hauling out big game can be a challenge but with this winch, which includes a fully sealed motor and plenty of capacity, that problem is solved.

Rugged bed rails - these provide added tie-downs and enhance cargo box versatility.

Gun boots - two protective 6.0 Impact gun boots from Kolpin are attached to a rear cab-mounted gear rail with brackets. They're removable, and offer shock absorbing foam and nylon impact liner to protect your firearm.

Two-piece, full hard roof - get protection from the elements.

Half-windshield - this provides a functional wind-break on cool days, and limits the debris that enters the cab.

Full under body skid plate - A lightweight, durable aluminum full-length skid plates ensures the underside of the machine is protected from destructive rocks, stumps and other hidden obstacles.

Mossy Oak Break-Up Country Camo - The highly durable water-dipped camo finish is more resistant to scratching, mineral deposits and sun fading.

Rotax V-Twin Engine - The powerful-and-efficient liquid-cooled, 8-valve (4-valve / cyl.) 976cc SOHC Rotax 1000 V-Twin engine produces 85 hp
