Soybeans fight to hang onto gains

Corn turns lower overnight but wheat supported by Arctic blast. (audio)

Attempts at follow-through strength from Tuesday's rally fell flat after a promising start in Asia, where many traders are off for Lunar New Year celebrations. Soybeans are starting to fade yesterday's big gains, with corn also moving lower. Several days of bitter cold temperatures lend support to wheat, with fields from South Dakota to Ohio threatened.
