Soybeans Gain on Turnaround Tuesday

Soybean markets find a little support after USDA fails to move crop condition higher with rains last week. (Audio)

December wheat has moved back to a $2 premium over December corn as the markets find their own life with strong exports to Brazil and China. Corn harvest is only 7% complete, but better weather should pick that pace up a little this week. Soybean prices bounced back after taking a weeklong hit as the market realized there is little yield to be gained from last week's rains after USDA refused to bump the crop rating.

Market Analyst Paul Burgener joined the Farm Futures team in November 2012 and brings a solid ag economics background.
