Hedge fund managers who trade commodities may throw around billions, but they follow some pretty simple technical tools at times. That includes 100-day moving averages, which futures tested this week. Market Analyst Arlan Suderman, fresh back from Fargo, says fall highs are more important to the confirming a trend change, while Senior Editor Bryce Knorr notes that corn basis moved to some record levels this week.
