While traders are leaning towards bullish reports from USDA on Wednesday, that's not the only headline risk farmers face. A German constitutional court is ruling on the fate of the rescue fund for troubled European countries, just as the Federal Reserve begins a two-day meeting that could end with announcement of new financial stimulus.
