Weather is moving across the Plains with sights set on the western Midwest as harvest heads into the home stretch. Corn and soybeans are just ahead of their 5-year averages for harvest while wheat planting is down to the final 10% and 78% of the crop has emerged. Outside markets are trading lower as they look to Friday for big news as well. Oil prices are continuing to move lower, bringing fuel pricing into focus for farmers looking into 2014.
