A study by British Economist Graham Brookes indicates that biotech crops reap benefits both economically and environmentally.
According to the study, biotech crops help to reduce carbon emissions and fuel and pesticide use, as well as boosting farm income in developing and developed countries. The study also addresses biotechnology's role in meeting ethanol feedstock demand.
